Timeline and Conditions for Return, Refund, or Exchange


If there is an issue with the product delivered, the student must promptly take photographs of the product and email them to the address provided below. Along with the photos, they should clearly outline the issue with the product received. It is important to note that the specified timeline for reporting a defective product on the website is 24 hours. Please be informed that our company maintains a strict no-refund policy. Therefore, any defective product can only be exchanged; monetary refunds are not permitted.

 

Conditions for Returning an Item


The condition of the product should correspond with the images uploaded on the company's website or the photographs emailed when the issue was reported. If the product is found not to be in the condition as per these images, the purchaser will be liable for bearing the delivery charges associated with both return shipment and resending the replacement product.
